ROSELLE PARK BID HIRES FTM
The Borough of Roselle Park has hired FirsTEAManagement (FTM) to create and guide the first-ever budget of its Business Improvement District (BID) through municipal approval.
The Borough passed a resolution on August 19,2010, awarding the contract to FTM.
Roselle Park established a BID several years ago but never created a budget. FTM President David Biagini will serve the Roselle Park BID with assistance from FTM executive director Christina Barresi.
Roselle Park is located in central Union County with a population of approximately 13,000. The BID represents the central business district of Chestnut Street and Westfield Avenue.
Roselle Park becomes the eighth BID in NJ served by FTM, and the fourth in Union County. FTM has provided public relations services to the Union Center BID in Union for over 15 years and manages BIDs in Plainfield and Scotch Plains. FTM also manages four other BIDs in Jersey City, Irvington and East Orange, as well as five chambers of commerce in Morris, Essex, and Middlesex Counties. No other downtown management firm in New Jersey serves as many business organizations as FTM.

SCOTCH PLAINS MANAGEMENT CORPORATION HIRES FTM
The Scotch Plains Management Corporation (SPMC), a municipal business improvement district created in 2008, has hired FirsTEAManagement (FTM) to direct its $62,000 annual budget.
FTM President David Biagini was hired as a consultant in February and March, 2010; the contract was embellished in April for full-service management by FTM from its Union County office in Plainfield.
Staff members Miguel Chavez and Kathy Gomez are assisting Biagini in serving the SPMC.
